Why Thiti

What Makes Working with Thiti Different

Legal support for pension matters does not have to be impersonal or bewildering. We have shaped our practice around the qualities clients most often say they wished they had found sooner.

Six Qualities You Can Rely On

Consistent across every matter, regardless of complexity or service level.

Pension Law Expertise

Our team works exclusively on pension matters. That focus means we develop deep familiarity with the specific legislation, procedures, and administrative practices involved in these cases.

Structured, Clear Process

Three defined service levels — assessment, submission support, and full representation — give clients a clear framework for deciding how much involvement they need at any stage.

Organised Case Management

Documents, deadlines, and correspondence are tracked systematically so that nothing is missed and clients receive timely updates without needing to follow up themselves.

Responsive, Personal Service

Clients deal with the same small team throughout their matter. There is no being transferred between departments or re-explaining your situation to someone unfamiliar with your case.

Focused on What Is Achievable

We explain what a matter involves and what outcomes are realistic — honestly, not optimistically. Clients make decisions based on a clear understanding of what the process can and cannot do.

Transparent, Fixed Fees

All three services are priced as flat fees agreed before work begins. Clients know what they are paying from the start and are not faced with unexpected additions as a matter progresses.

A Closer Look

Professional Expertise

Pension law in Thailand covers a specific body of legislation and administrative procedure. Advisers who work across multiple practice areas may be competent, but they are unlikely to have the same depth of familiarity with the particular frameworks — the Social Security Act, the Government Pension Fund Act, relevant ministerial regulations — that pension matters require. Our team works on these matters every day, which builds the kind of contextual understanding that makes a difference in practice.

  • Focused exclusively on pension protection matters
  • Familiarity with current administrative practices and timelines
  • Registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand

Organised Process

Many clients arrive uncertain about what to do first, what comes next, and how long things typically take. We address that uncertainty directly by structuring the process into stages and explaining, before each stage begins, what it involves and what will follow. This reduces the anxiety that often accompanies legal proceedings and helps clients feel in control of their own matter.

  • Documents prepared and reviewed before submission
  • Clients informed before each new step is taken
  • Timelines communicated clearly and updated as needed

Client-Centred Service

Pension matters are rarely just administrative — they often touch on financial security and personal history in ways that make the experience stressful. We are conscious of this and try to make every interaction as calm and straightforward as possible. Clients are not made to feel that their questions are an imposition; they are welcomed as part of the process.

  • Consistent point of contact throughout a matter
  • Questions addressed promptly and without condescension
  • Thai and English language support available

Clear, Fair Pricing

Legal fees are a legitimate concern for many clients. Our three service levels are flat-fee and agreed in advance: ฿3,700 for an initial assessment, ฿5,800 for formal submission support, ฿7,900 for end-to-end representation. The fee is stated clearly before any engagement begins, and additional charges are not added without prior discussion and agreement.

  • Flat fees agreed in writing before work starts
  • No billing surprises or unexplained additions
  • Scope of each service explained before commitment

Honest about Outcomes

We do not encourage clients to pursue a matter by overstating what legal intervention can achieve. Before any formal work begins, we explain what the process involves, what the realistic range of outcomes looks like, and what factors are within and outside our control. This allows clients to make a properly informed decision about whether to proceed.

  • Honest assessment of the strength of each case
  • Realistic description of what formal processes involve
  • No pressure applied to continue if we do not think it will help

What Sets Us Apart

The Pre-Meeting Checklist

Before any first meeting, we share a brief checklist of documents that may be useful to bring. This simple step reduces uncertainty and makes the initial conversation more productive for both parties.

Modular Service Design

Clients are not locked into a full-service retainer from the outset. The assessment stands alone; submission support stands alone; representation is a further step. Each can be taken independently based on how the situation develops.

Bilingual Capability

Advice and correspondence are available in both Thai and English. Clients who are more comfortable in one language are not disadvantaged, and documentation prepared for submission is reviewed for accuracy in both languages where relevant.

PDPA-Compliant Data Handling

Client information is managed in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We take privacy seriously as a professional obligation, not just a legal requirement, and clients can request information about how their data is handled at any time.
