- Thiti, a legal services business operating at 22 Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
- "You" / "User" / "Client"

A measured first meeting to understand your situation and explain, in clear terms, what your pension entitlements involve.
Formal Submission Support — ฿5,800
Assistance with preparing and lodging formal pension submissions or objections, with careful attention to detail throughout.
End-to-End Representation — ฿7,900
Continuous legal representation across a pension matter, from documentation to formal proceedings.
The Services are primarily available to individuals and entities in Thailand. International clients may be served at our discretion, subject to applicable laws and professional obligations.
Service availability is subject to our current capacity and professional obligations. We reserve the right to decline to accept any matter at our reasonable discretion without being required to give reasons.
4. User Responsibilities
When using this Website or engaging our Services, you agree to:

Refund Policy
Fees for work already completed are generally non-refundable. Unused portions of fixed-fee engagements may be refunded at our reasonable discretion. Please discuss any concerns with us directly — we aim to resolve matters fairly.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Services if fees remain unpaid beyond agreed terms, subject to our professional obligations.
Disbursements and out-of-pocket expenses (such as government filing fees) will be communicated and agreed in advance before being incurred on your behalf.
7. Service-Specific Terms
The following terms apply specifically to the legal services provided by Thiti:
Scope of Services
The scope of work for each engagement will be confirmed in writing before Services commence. Changes to scope may affect timelines and fees, which we will discuss with you in a measured and transparent manner.
Client Co-operation
The quality and timeliness of our Services depends on the information and documents you provide. We ask that you respond to our reasonable requests within a reasonable time. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect matters and deadlines.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Thai professional obligations. Information shared with us in connection with your pension matter will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or professional rules.
Timeline Expectations
We will provide estimated timelines where possible, but formal proceedings and government agency processes involve matters outside our control. We will keep you informed of progress throughout and alert you to any significant changes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Thai law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thiti, its staff, and associated professionals from and against any claims, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:

- ›Your wilful provision of false or misleading information in connection with any engagement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement at any time, subject to the following:
Termination by You
You may withdraw from an engagement at any time by notifying us in writing. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable. We will provide a clear account of work done on your request.
Termination by Thiti
We may terminate an engagement where required by our professional obligations, in cases of non-payment after reasonable notice, or where continuing the engagement would be inappropriate. We will handle any such situation with care and clear communication.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive the termination of any engagement.
12. Dispute Resolution
We hope that any concerns can be resolved through open and respectful communication. If a dispute arises, we encourage the following process:

13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any written engagement letter, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Thiti with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it on any subsequent occasion.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a transfer of business, subject to appropriate notice to you.
Notices
Notices under this Agreement may be delivered by email to [email protected] or to [email protected], or by post to our address below. Email notices are deemed received on the next business day following sending.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements, or operational practices.
